I will absolutely use this shop again-- they provided excellent service at a great price! They were transparent with their pricing and were less expensive than other detail shops in the area (including mobile services), but they didn't skimp on quality. Anthony made the scheduling easy and made sure everything went smoothly. Nate made my vehicle (120,000 miles) shine almost like it did when it was brand new, and the inside was so clean it did look and smell like a new vehicle. Matthew was a puzzle-solving genius in helping fix some issues with the trim. These guys work hard and produce great results!

A true 5 star rating!! I've been searching for a great hand wash and detailing center in the Springs. I've tried a couple of places and have been disappointed. Spending $200+ on having your car cleaned should mean you have nothing short of perfect. I finally found the BEST spot in the Springs. First, I called in to make an appointment and Anthony was professional and accommodating to my requests and reschedules. Also, Anthony delivered on his promise on having my car looking brand new. I attached a few photos that I took later in the day. Next, I want to give a special shoutout to Laura who took care of my vehicle and made sure it was perfect. She did a detailed walkthrough and made sure to show that all the nooks and crannies were taken care of! I was very pleased with Laura's attention to detail and professionalism too. I will 100% return to get my car detailed here.

Pictures don't do their work justice. Took my mom's 2018 vehicle in to be detailed. Interior and exterior and have a few door dings taken care of. Looked about as close to brand new as I could imagine! Fantastic work, great people and I could really tell they took pride in their work. I bought my vehicle later in the day and the sales rep said I should come back and get it detailed. So I arranged a time and got there early at the Appearance Center. I called the manager Dominic as I was confused on where it was and he sent one of the crew to meet me. I want to give my highest praises to Dominic, Shay, Tristian, & Jon for thoroughly cleaning my car! I let them know it had a faint smell of cigarettes and as I'm an asthmatic it was bothering me. I'm not exactly sure of what they did, but it worked and when I got into the car there was no hint of smell. I had to wait for the car as I didn't have a ride home, but the crew made me feel welcome and checked on me periodically to see if I needed anything. My car was so shiny when it was done and smelled so good! What a great group of detail techs and they really know what they're doing!! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I had a significant bend in the corner of my door that I thought I could get hammered back into place at a dent/scratch shop. It was going to require much more work than just that, so I was recommended McCloskey's. Upon arrival, Kirby was extremely friendly and offered me a very fair quote. He got me scheduled in within a couple of days and got the work done very fast. I couldn't be happier, and he even touched up some other scratches near the location of the door bend. Connor gave us great customer service from start to finish. There is nothing more annoying than trying to do business with people that don't have time to answer questions about pricing and availability. We recently purchased a 2007 Ford Escape and it was in great need of an interior and exterior detail. The headlamps were also so fogged over they could barely be seen! From our initial contact with Ian and the pick-up with Kirby, the customer service was friendly, informative, and thorough. Although there was a near blizzard while our car was in for service, they worked diligently to complete the work and to provide updates. We were absolutely delighted with the services they performed! The car looked nearly new again and the headlamps were crystal clear!!! They even took the time to bump out a small dent in the passenger front fender. The mitigation of rust on the roof was exactly what we were looking for. We will soon be bringing another one of our vehicles to them to have the same services performed. I have had my cars cleaned/detailed at the McCloskey Appearance Center and all the people there are friendly and kind. They do good quality work and have great attitudes. I also see them doing paint touch up and headlight restorations and have watched these process' and the cars always come out looking great. I've been back at least 4x since my last review and today I had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun Moore. His smiling face is a breath of fresh air. Recently purchased a used truck from Patrick at McClosky truck town. Patrick noticed something on the truck that needed to be addressed by the Appearance Center the day that I picked the truck up. He told me to come back the following day and speak with Ian. While this was simply reattaching a piece of door moulding with some new double sided tape it speaks volumes to the type of salesperson he is, upfront and honest. Incredibly impressed by the detailing services here. We brought in our disgusting 4Runner which had never been detailed in the entire time that we've owned it. They made it look brand new, thanks to technician Connor. I was so jealous of my husband's clean car that I made an appointment the following week for them to detail my minivan. When they showed me the end result, I almost hugged the technician, Daniel. I've never seen my van so clean. They got every ornery dog hair out, kid vomit, food particles... I just had my 2008 silver ford escape detailed today and i am so pleased!!! My car hasnt looked this great in ever!!! The wheels are Shining! And the seats?! I tried for years getting water stains out with home products that just made the stains bigger but they are spotless now!!! The dashboard and floors are spotless!! All the dog fur, gone!!! This auto center does NOT just do detailing, cleaning etc. My jeep jk was violently broken into (insurance did not cover expenses) & they (burglars) had bent the frame so badly that it was buckled, dented & paint was coming off in huge sections. Not even sure why I had called M.A.Center but Kirby told me to come by, viewed Jeep, & was so empathetic to the damage! Kirby is an exceptional supervisor there; honest, straight-forward, friendly, managed job well in such a short time! Etc. Met Ian who would be working out the bent metal frame of door & matching paint colors on jeep. Super great guy as well! Gave me an honest assessment of damage. I honestly did not know how jeep would turn out but when picked her up after 2 days (immediate service!), not only had Ian repaired door beyond what i expected (PERFECTION), e.g the paint matched exactly for an older jeep! I ran my fingers along where the old damge was...YOU COULD NOT TELL where the damage had been! I was floored! ABSOLUTELY, IAN is the BEST BODY GUY ive ever encountered! You would never assume from the shop this degree of craftsmanship & artistry could come out of small shop! They replaced glass for door i brought in, washed the jeep sparkling & even fixed some other areas of paint I did not expect them too! Can one ask for more?! These guys do superior work! Exceeded expectations & I have NEVER had a better experience customer/business in my life. Beyond happy...ELATED. I would revisit shop for ANYTHING they can do! Absolute BEST body shop in town: HANDS DOWN. Ask for Kirby, he will do you right & ask for Ian for paint/body issues! There is no better!! If you see a jeep wrangler unlimited smiling & her owner smiling as well...its due to Kirby & Ian at Mc Closkey Appearance Center! Seriously!
